Situated by the waters edge of Queensway Quay Marina, you can enjoy the tranquility of it’s surroundings and the sun setting over the mountains of Spain. Weather it’s a drink by the waterside at sunset or a meal especially prepared for you The Landings Restaurant is sure to please and surprise you.

We aim to provide quality fresh fish dishes from sustainable varieties, enabling you to try fish that is caught locally and in plentiful supply. The meat & vegetarian dishes are twists on traditional and modern cuisine. Whether it’s a evening out with Friends & Family, Business Lunch, Birthday Celebrations, Wedding Receptions, Christenings, The Landings will provide you with great service, expertly prepared fresh food at an affordable price.

We are very proud to introduce Chef Brian McCabe to our team at The Landings Restaurant.

Chef Brian's roots and training are in his native Scotland.  As a young Chef he worked with various notorious celebrity chefs in prestigious restaurants in around the UK.

To gain more experience Brian decided to travel to south east Asia, mainly in Thiland and Malaysia where he worked alongside chefs before travelling to south west Australia.  Returning back to Glasgow for a while he decided to move to Marbella in Spain where his love for the climete and food was paramount as he worked for a number of high profile business owners as executive Chef.

Chef Brian is always looking for inspiration and has spent a lot of time in Brittany, Cote Dazur, Cannes, Nice and Portomaso in Malta.  He also spent time in Paris cooking privately for families.

Chef Brian has personally trained and moulded our team in the kitchen into a dynamic engine bursting with creative gourmet flavours.

We are now looking forward to the future with Chef Brian creating innovative signature dishes where he purchases fresh fish from local fisherman who pull along the quayside.
